TANIC
The Turkish Academic Network and Information Centre (TANIC) was founded in 1996, in association with the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK).
The objectives of the centre are to establish and operate a computer network enabling interaction between the national institutions, and, to provide information technology support to help information production.
TANIC brings to EGEE its experience as the coordinator of the TR-Grid initiative and experience in operating the National Research and Education backbone network.
