EGAAP Assessment
Once you have filled in and sent your questionnaire, EGAAP, (EGEE Generic Applications Advisory Panel) will assess your application and decide whether it is suited to the EGEE Grid.
EGAAP has been set-up to assess whether if individual applications should join EGEE and works closely with Networking Activity 4 - Application Identification and Support. EGAAP assesses whether an application is suitable to join the EGEE project by considering the scientific interest of the proposed work and Grid-awareness within this community.
The Terms of Reference of EGAAP are available in a PDF document which helps to explain on what basis the decision to accept a new application is taken. Another useful document is the 'EGAAP Call for Proposals' document, which explains in slightly greater depth the reasoning behind the registration procedure and the procedure itself.
