How to register
Step 1
First, you need to follow this link to obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a Password to carry out your on line registration. If you sign on correctly you will immediately receive an email with your PIN and the Password you chose, to be used to complete your registration.
Step 2
Once you received your PIN and Password by email, follow the instructions you find in the email. After you have filled out the online registration form, a second email will be sent to your email address as a confirmation of the selected options and of the total amount paid.
PLEASE REMEMBER that online registration and AC10 Hotel booking if required MUST be submitted at the same time, AS YOUR PIN CANNOT BE USED MORE THAN ONCE; any subsequent change of data is allowed only by sending us an email.
Step 3
Are you bringing a guest who isn't participating in the main conference? If so, once you completed your online registration, please inform us about the social events your guest will attend. Please be informed that you will be asked to re-confirm and pay for your guest's choices at the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Registered Delegates List
Participants should note that once they have recieved their PIN and Password, they authorise the publication of their FIRST NAME, SURNAME, INSTITUTION and COUNTRY on the list of registered delegates. This list is not shared with other organisations and is for the conference organiser's purposes only. If you would prefer not to appear on this list, please contact Sistema Congressi.
