Please note that bank charges apply to international Bank Transfers for which you are liable. Please add these charges to your payment. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival; an email of confirmation with all the details of your participation in the Conference will be sent before October 7 2005. Participants must bring copy of it to the Registration Desk as proof of their registration. Invoices will be handed out at the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Hotel Accommodation
Participants should organise their own accommodation directly. To enable this,
we have produced an extensive list of Pisa Hotels, along with a location map to help you pick the best option for you.
Make sure you mention the EGEE04 Conference when you book.
Alternatively, Sistema Congressi can arrange hotel accommodation for you in their partner hotel, AC 10 Pisa, the details are below;

All rates are inclusive of tax and breakfast, per room per night.
If you wish to have Sistema Congressi book the AC10 on your behalf, then please make sure that you click "YES" when asked in the registration form, if you wish to arrange your own accommodation, then please choose "NO".
To reserve your accommodation, payment of one night's stay will be charged and will be deducted from your final bill which should be paid directly to the Hotel. A receipt for your stay will be issued on your departure. You will receive your voucher no later than October 7 2005.
