Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fee
Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing, including all the bank and other transaction details. An administration charge of €25 will be charged for all cancellations recieved before October 1 2005. After this date, no refunds will be available. Refunds will be paid after the conference.
Hotel AC10 Pisa Reservations
Reservation changes to the Hotel AC10 should be made in writing to the address below. Changes will only be possible prior to the voucher being posted. An administration fee if €25 will be charged if changes are made after the voucher is posted. No shows may be charged the full week, at the Hotel's discretion.
